EPA's Central Data Exchange (CDX) implemented strengthened security measures that affect all e-GGRT account holders. To comply with the security measures, new users are required to select three (3) security questions and provide answers to each during e-GGRT user registration.

  • These questions may be used to assist with some account management activities (e.g., retreiving a forgotten username).
  • Changing your security questions/answers can only be done through CDX.

 

If you are unable to successfully answer your security question you will need to contact the CDX Help Desk at 1-888-890-1995. The GHGRP Help Desk cannot provide assistance with security question issues.
